Tentrem Semarang

We had a wonderful dining experience at Hotel Tentrem Semarang. What made it truly special was the personal attention from Chef Sky Lee, who came to our table, introduced himself, and made sure everything was perfect. His warm hospitality and attention to detail really impressed us. The food was excellent, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Chef Sky and the Tentrem team — we left very satisfied!

Great hotel, great facilities, great staffs. Definitely value for money. The only downside is that you have to cross the lobby to register your vehicle for free parking. The hotel is sophisticated, why doesn't the receptionist just register the guest's vehicle directly?

The lobby is nice but somehow the room feels old (not vintage). The facilities is not 24 hours, so if you want to enjoy like simply the gym for 24 hours (just the time you think is perfect for you to have exercise, its not here) For the food, you should still go out side and taster the real one... if you still dont have the time, you still have not taste Semarang local cuisines. They have a unique welcome drink... its like pojok jamu counter, try the tolak angin with ginger or beras kencur... The services for me is something that tentrem have a lot to be improve, being polite or nice is different with lowering your voice's volume. Lack of coordination in the breakfast area. Only some of them doing extramiles, most is only nice in their position. Lack of knowledge for their own prkducts. Location wise, it is perfecto, near to everywhere, near to the mall (but their own mall is not yet full with tenant), near to citraland mall, near to simpang lima (this is awesome).
