Everything about this hotel was perfect. The wonderful staff made us feel so welcome. The room was beautiful. The daily breakfast was more than sufficient. Even before arriving, the staff was easy to contact and helped clear up any questions I had. This was an incredibly memorable vacation and this is in large part thanks to the wonderful staff at Tenuta d'Ausilio.
What an absolutely beautiful place the front desk manager met us at 11:30 at night in the parking lot to make sure we knew where to go then escorted us to our room. Absolutely beautiful room and then in the morning we got to see how beautiful of a resort it was. Breakfast was amazing and Maximo again. The front desk manager was absolutely remarkable and making us coffee cappuccinos and espresso’s staff was the best we have seen in a long time as far as customer service.
