Wonderful place with attention to the smallest details located along Via Lauretana. Marica was very helpful. Spacious and clean room, good and plentiful breakfast

The place was very peaceful and quiet which is good for people looking to clear their minds. The pool area is beautiful and the water is refreshing. The personnel are also very nice. But the rooms were underwhelming, not equipped with essentials such as tissue paper and the beds are not comfortable (we reserved the suite). The breakfast was also somehow disappointing, there were not a lot of options, and the options were mostly sweets. The fact that we only get one hot drink for breakfast such as coffee is weird.

Suggestive 13th century peasant village located in a strategic position equidistant from Siena and Arezzo, a stone's throw from Montepulciano and Pienza. The place is very beautiful, with a large park and a beautiful swimming pool, but it is abandoned to itself. It looks like a decayed nobleman. It would need renovation and maintenance. The structure is taken care of by two people who, despite their commendable commitment, are unable to do everything (and they are very sorry about it). Our room was large but showed a certain antiquity; near the bed two bricks had sunk, creating a depression in which you could trip. The inn offered a light lunch at rather high prices. We asked for a rice salad and a cold pasta, but they told us that they couldn't make it because the gas didn't work. We took a platter of cold cuts and cheeses (20 euros, more than the restaurants in Siena) but they were the ones in the morning and the bruschetta were made with sandwich bread (sacrilege!). We took a bath in the pool with the cleaning robot because the employee (who takes care of the entire farm with a colleague) came to remove it only at our insistence. The prices charged are absolutely not in line with the level of service. If they don't strengthen the staff they have no future
