Tenuta Mocajo

Tenuta Mocajo is a true gem, a five-star escape that feels wonderfully removed from the everyday. Surrounded by the beautiful green hills of Tuscany, the views are stunning. The rooms are cool, fresh, and perfect for relaxing with breakfast, lunch and dinner available for guests. The pool is crystal clear and ideal for a refreshing swim in the summer. Whether you're a couple looking for a peaceful retreat or a family wanting a quiet stay, this place is perfect. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, making my time here the best part of my year. Highly recommended!

My son and daughter-in-law organised their wedding here and booked the whole venue for a weekend. We all had a fantastic time and enjoyed the hospitality and service provided by all the staff. The place delivered everything you should expect from a Tuscan agritourism venue, good food, rustic charm, great views etc, would love to visit again sometime.

I stayed one night during the Tuscany Trail bike event, and this place was fantastic. The building is beautiful, both inside and out. I met lots of other riders during dinner outside on a warm and lovely evening. The staff was friendly, and the food was excellent. Please note that at the time of writing, the address on Google Maps is about 5 km away from the actual hotel location! Fortunately, the staff kindly came to pick me up with my bike, as I had already passed it after a long 70 km gravel ride from Montecatini Val di Cecina. 🥵 The room was furnished with IKEA furniture, which I didn’t find particularly charming. Still, this hotel and its atmosphere were one of the highlights of my Tuscany Trail experience.
