Tenuta Montincello

The ideal place if you are looking for the convenience of the beach 10 minutes on foot and 2 minutes by car from the property, the town a few minutes by car and the tranquility and silence returned to the Estate. The property has parking among the olive trees and a laundry area with shared washing machine. Each apartment has a spacious veranda with table and chairs, the owner provided us with a small gate so our dog could move between inside and outside safely. In the olive grove there are some beautiful barbecue areas where you can grill and eat in nature. Our two-room apartment had every comfort, spotlessly clean in every part. The owners are attentive and extremely helpful, giving excellent tips on what to see and eat.

I stayed at this estate in July with my husband. The house that hosted us for a week was functional, clean and very welcoming, suitable for all our needs. The structure is located in an excellent area, with all nearby services reachable on foot, but above all close to the Bay of Scialmarino. We really felt at home, also thanks to the availability and kindness of the owners, as well as thanks to the advice of the precious Alice. It will certainly be a fixed stop during our summer holidays. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to experience days in total relaxation. See you soon.

Abbiamo trascorso ad inizio Settembre una rilassante vacanza di una settimana presso la Tenuta Montincello. Il residence è ben curato, silenzioso e adatto a chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza rilassante. La Villetta che ci è stata assegnata era confortevole, spaziosa e dotata di un'ampia veranda con tavolo e sedie in cui abbiamo consumato i pasti principali. Di fronte all' abitazione c'è una zona barbecue dove poter grigliare. Un'altra nota positiva è stata la cordialità dei proprietari e del personale.
