I am writing this as I unbuckle my belt from too much good food. The experience at this restaurant was exceptional. The environment of the resort made the meal so much more authentically Sardinian with a countryside laid back environment. 80% of the customers were Italians which ascertain the authenticity of the cuisine. Very sharp head waitress who explained the set menu and courses. Extremely Prompt service by our waitress, course by course which just enough breathing space to move down the 8 superb courses. Every course was exceptional and truly a gastronomic feast. The red wine was one of the best that I have tasted though I was not into alcoholic beverages. The most memorable meals I have had in Sardinia thus far. Just a note : their porceddu is not as good as my other favourite restaurant.

We stayed there for two nights on our fly drive holiday, we wished it was longer. The hotel is amazing and a wonderful base to explore the North East Coast, we booked trips from Palau. The young lady in the bar was amazing, she made the best limoncello spritz, she was excellent even when it got really busy. The restaurant staff were superb, every one of them. Special mention must be made of the receptionist, she couldn't have been more helpful and professional. We would highly recommend this resort, it has some very unique features, just sorry we couldn't have stayed longer. We will definitely return

We stayed in a number of locations in Sardinia. I feel like there are mixed pros and cons here compared to other locations. I don't believe it is worth the cost comparable to other locations at a similar level. The rooms are dated, the bathrooms really sub bar. It feels like a dated hacienda style room you'd find in an old Arizonian golf course. The shower was never hot, and flooded the room. The staff work hard and the same faces seem to be everywhere from breakfast to dinner, working very hard to serve customers - they were lovely. The food is ok, but very basic and kind of fine if you don't want to leave and eat somewhere decent. The pool is nice, but small with a lot of people around and in it. The highlight was the spa and we had a wonderful service there. Checkout was a mess so I suggest if you have an early flight, area ge the night before.
