Tenuta San Vito

We went on a wine tour in off season. I cant explain how welcoming and relaxed the establishment was. Set in the Chianti hills, it produces some of the standout DOCG wines. We order regular shipments back to the UK based on there fantastic hospitality and great wine.

Zero hospitality! We were 5 bicyclists, 2 days ago, 40 degrees outside. We tried to make a reservation before coming there, but, unfortunately, nobody’s answered. We wanted to have lunch and a glas a good wine. The lady we met there was very unfriendly and, even we bought wine and olive oil for 200€, when we kindly asked for a glass of water(normal water!) she told us is not possible. Furthermore, the lady asked us to stay outside, in the sun, even we told her our car will arrive very soon. It is a pity that the location and landscape are beautiful, but the staff has vrry big space for improvement.

We were planing to stay here for a week in september but after terrible staying of our friends we have cancelled. There was no cleaning during their staying and a lot of missing kitchen tools& house holding stuffs. And there is no responsible person which you can ask your needs.
