Tenuta Santa Maria

We always enjoy our stay at the Tenuta Santa Maria which is located on a beautiful olive grove. We have stayed in three different sized apartments. It perfectly located between the charming little town and the gorgeous beaches which are just a short walk away. There are many delicious restaurants in town and on the sea. All the apartments on the property are spacious and comfortable. They have good working AC, well stocked kitchens, plenty of storage space, modern bathrooms and are always sparkling clean. The property is secure with a gate and abundant parking. The owners are the most wonderful hosts, making you feel at home during your stay and taking care of all your needs. We definitely recommend a visit!

This Air B&B is soooo nice and so close to the beaches in Mattinata. The host is Pino, and he does whatever he can to make your stay nice and relaxing. Pino has shown me around the city so I can do more things during the wintertime. Most restaurants are closed during the winter here but there is still a lot to do around this beautiful city. Highly recommend staying here.

What can I say? Pino is the best host ever! Location was fantastic. Service, fantastic. Knowledge of the area, superior. Pino has a great facility, comfortable and close to everything you want to see in Mattinata. Including a 10 min walk to a fantastic beach. He even drove me and my children to get coffee at a local Cafe on our first morning there. Top notch.
