This place is amazing! Decorated in the pure Tuscan style, you have everything that you may think of in the apartment. We spent 5 beautiful days in the 1 bedroom apartment with private garden, barbecue, pool and views over the family vineyards. Situated in a quiet location, couple of km outside Montepulciano, you’ll need a car to drive to the closest supermarket and the other attractions in the Tuscany area.

This is the perfect place for the perfect vaccation. No luxury, no spectacular events, no glamour, but instead everything you need - breathtaking beautiful surroundings, a truly authentic down-to-earth environment that really lets you calm down and get in touch with the landscape and yourself. The WORST communication with an owner we've ever had. We wanted to book a Loggia apartment for 2 nights directly with the property and initially the owner ms. Elisabeta Fanetti responded very quickly. Then she requested advance payment (to her PERSONAL bank account, maybe to save on taxes?) for 50% of the amount. On their website it says we should pay 30% in advance and that's why I asked her for confirmation on the deposit we should pay. Guess what - she absolutely dissapeared. For more than 11 days she did not respond at all. I have sent her 4 follow up emails with no response which was pretty shocking because there were less than 3 weeks left before we stay there. We needed to look for another place to sleep in the last minute. Absolutely disgusting attitude!
