Thank you very much for cancelling the reservation and I am very sorry, I am sorry that unfortunately we could not arrive due to the conflict with Ryanair and I hope we will arrive. We have another holiday in the autumn and we will fly with another company, never with Ryanair again.

Great location, friendly owners and a good meal. Stayed just 3 night here, en route for brindisi airport after a week elsewhere in lovely Salento. Very good value for bed and breakfast. Good all round in fact! Manager and her husband were very welcoming and helpful and had emailed excellent, clear directions for arrival. Our room was simply but quite elegantly furnished. Awesome pool. The location is great (with a car) for Lecce, local beaches, the famous Sanandrea. Might be a bit difficult to get around if you haven't got a car though...

The location is far from Lecce, around 30 minutes by car. Everytime we need a taxi for 35 € oneway. The taxi takes long time to come to the hotel. Difficult to call the taxi as the taxi operator sometimes does not speak English. The hotel staf cannot help us to call the taxi, he just gave the phone number of the taxi company. Only the 1st day the hotel owner helped to call the taxi for the group of 18 persons. Actually there is no restaurant in this hotel. We cannot have lunch or buy snacks etc. We can only buy the drinks in the morning at 08 AM or in the evening at 07:30 AM. There is no shop, supermarket, restaurant nearby. We cannot have lunch except we go to Lecce by taxi. And having only dinner at the hotel for 25 €/person incl. water, exc. the dessert. The portion of the salad and the 2nd main course (fish) are very small. Comparing to the restaurants in Gallipoli, Lecce, Otranto etc there are always tourist menu for 20 € incl. dessert. But i have never ordered tourist menu as one main course at all restaurants has big portion and it is more than enough. The reception opens only during the breakfast and dinner time. There is no lobby (closed room) which we can take a seat except diring the breakfast and dinner time. The open air area is too windy. The bedroom is far from the reception and the entrance. If it rained, the path to the room was a bit overflood. After raining there are many worms along the path and are not cleaned. All rooms are outside the main building of the villa. During early check out at 06 AM they prepared the breakfast 1 bag of 1 plain croissant, 1 small piece of cake and 1 plum, no bottle drink. They prepared it the night before. We should open and close the entrance by ourselves as the reception was still closed.
