The hotel service was great, but the location and the accommodations were the best fit for me. In a city with so much traffic being near to the airport, to the financial and business center is of great value.
I stayed 2 nights. Loved the view of Mount Monserrate. Room is very spacious but double bed is very small for 2 people, the furniture needs update. Breakfast is sufficient and tasty, I personally liked the mango juice. The location is convenient to reach downtown and airport. Unfortunately it was too noisy even at 15th floor.
The hotel service was great, staff were very friendly. The food in the hotel was also tasty and not overpriced as expected from a hotel/room service. It is a convenient location to be close to the more historic center of the city. There is no street directly in front of the hotel and the closest street is single lane which means you should be ready to get in the car/taxi to not block. The rooms themselves are in need of renovations. You can see they are showing their age. My mattress was on the harder side so likely also showing its age. The suite is very spacious however and has nice views especially if you are on the elevator side of the hallway. Overall it is a good value if you are okay staying in a room that is showing its age.
