Terasu Riviera Maya Hotel & Spa en Xcaret

Excellent service! Everyone was very attentive and friendly. We absolutely loved the breakfast — fresh and delicious every morning. The hotel has a small, cozy vibe that made us feel right at home. We would definitely stay here again

I was soooo happy I came to this hotel in XCaret park. After 3 days in the actual XCaret México hotel, which is your all inclusive 5 star resort with a million pools, restaurants, and infinity pools, and people, I wanted a change of scenery for my kids. We arrived to this small hotel in the middle of the jungle, which left me speechless. Apart from the staff, who were waiting for us and took our luggage, installed us in our one bedroom and all the welcoming, we found a beautiful restaurant with amazing food, a gorgeous pool, and lots of monkeys! The staff gave us bananas and my kids fed them all last night and this morning! It was a blast! Then the Iguana Mom and Baby came and they were waiting for food! The included breakfast was marvelous, with home made juices. The staff excellent and the experience, better than anything we would have expected! I am so happy we came here on our last day!

There was a slight power outage when we arrived but the hotel group was working above and beyond to fix it. Fanny and Fernando were great hosts (everyone there is nice) and it’s a much better value to stay here than on the site at xcaret as there’s a free shuttle to the park. The room is massive with a bedroom and a separate living room. Monkeys were cute and fernando woke us up to see and feed them. The dinner we had was delicious ( pork pibil and plantains fosters). Would definitely stay here again!
