Terma City Hotel

I wanna be honest.The hotel really looks great but....we had no towels and when we asked for towels we didn't get them.there are stains on the bed and the AC doesn't work.the food there is nice tho.The bathroom is clean.The service was very horrible.We didn't know how to turn the TV on so we had to figure it out ourselves.The pools are amazing and you had a very nice and interesting design.we only stayed there since the hotel we were going to never existed.The location is kinda weird but ok. The room had stains on the bed and the AC wasn't working.The bathrooms were good tho.

Be careful of scams at this place and Yalova Thermal Palace (next to it). After they convince you to pay your money as investment, and they're as part of RCI and time-sharing. Then after, no one will respond to you. They don’t have an email address for contact, or if they do, nobody replies to any inquiries. Also, if you want to use your RCI credit, the RCI team will ask you to contact the resort to pay the maintenance fee. However, after that, you won’t receive any feedback or response. So, you can't use any of your timeshare. Additionally, you can't sell it—they expect you to find someone to buy it from you. It’s all a scam. I've been trying to contact three different email addresses for the past four months, but nobody has responded to any of my inquiries. Again, this place and the Yalova Thermal Palace team do not care about customer feedback, so be careful before investing any money here.

Positives: Great view, and spas are ok. Negatives: well, I had never seen such horrible service. The guest service calls go unanswered. The receptionists are rude and unhelpful, especially if you are non-turk. We asked for wifi password and they did not give it to us even though unlimited internet is advertised. Beware that there is no cleaning and room service; there was no towel in the room and we had to go buy our own. The experience was not worth it even for a tine share credit. Do yourself a service and choose a different resort.
