Fabulous 3 days full board! We went for the couples treatment package (lots of different massages (mud, salt, ice), thermal pools, jacuzzi, heated outdoor pool (great at sunset!). Food was fabulous, they cater well for allergies (but I'm not sure all the waiting staff fully understood it (a bit of training required)). Room was great ( we went for the superior exterior but not sure it was worth the extra because all the rooms seemed to be the same size and had exterior views (check there is a window if in doubt). The site was maintained beautifully and it was a pleasure to walk around. Casino bar was nice and the staff very friendly (reasonable prices for a captive audience). I can thoroughly recommend it for couples but there were also a few families there that seemed to be really enjoying themselves. Such well behaved children. Parking on site no problem and very secure.
We enjoyed our time in Termas hotel. The food was quite good, staff is very friendly. I liked the atmosphere of old respectable hotel. Rooms a bit tired, but clean and contain everything that is necessary. Most of all I enjoyed SPA!
Very loud and hard to sleep. Very stiff beds. Extremely slow service. The pools are fun for a little, but overall too expensive for everything. The restaurants are AWEFUL. Some of the worst food I have had in Spain. And not the best service. They are nice. But slow.
