If you like to swim they have outside opened olimpic pool with hot water, I appreciate staff how they are kind and professional. Recommended.

As a family we come here for over 3 years! We leave in London and we got a holiday property not far from the hotel. The pool is great for the kids but is not as clean as other places! The staff is not helpful at all! As this year new rules come into effect we were not aware of them as mandatory caps in the pool and is you exit the pool you cannot enter again! We shod be informed when you buy the ticket of all rules as we pay £140 just for the entry.unfortunately you lost us and we won’t be back in the future due to rude staff and racist porter!!! Avoid if you want a perfect time!

Very rude stuff and racist! I came here 3 years in the row, nobody told me any rules. If you tell me something when I purchase the tickets, happy to follow your instructions. I paid €130 for all family and I have 1 year old baby, I normally go home and have a nap in the middle of the day, as everyone around. The portal on my way in, he is telling me that he doesn’t know me, but I know him even from the previous year. After I send my wife at reception he is telling me “no me frega” and tells the other guy that I may steal something. Very rude language, I understand Italian but I cannot speak. He made me go the the other parking as well as parking full, but few cars was out in the same time and I’ve checked after and lots of parking spaces. Very racist, very rude. I came in holiday, to relax more for the kids to enjoy the swimming pool, me and my wife done massage and mud packing, I come to spend my time with pleasure, not to steal from you my friend and specially someone like you to speak to me like that. Never come again!
