I highly recommend this hotel salute to all staff from reception, security housekeeping and room service they accommodate us well thank u and see u again soon.. for pool area its a little bit small i hope someday they can make it bigger than now... and also not separated from men and women.. because i cannot sit with my husband and family at this time...but overall fantastic..thank you so much...have a great time staying with your hotel😊
We were made extremely welcome by the brilliant staff at the Terminal Inn. Our room was beautiful & maintained to the highest standard every single day. The reception staff couldn’t do enough for us when we needed taxis/Ubers booking. This wonderful hotel is ideally situated so that most sites & venues were only a short drive away. We will definitely return.
I stayed in this hotel for nearly a year. The staff were always kind, respectful, and supportive — they truly make the difference in the guest experience. However, the management is unfortunately unprofessional and unresponsive. I had to leave the country (not to change apartment!) due to personal reasons and gave 4 months early notice, but despite leaving the apartment in excellent condition, management decided to keep my full security deposit as a penalty. I followed up multiple times and was promised updates, but after weeks, I received no final response. Advice to future guests: If you sign a contract, you must pay an extra one full month as a security deposit. However, if you stay without a contract and pay monthly, the deposit is only 50% of the monthly rent. In all cases, it’s safer and more flexible to avoid a contract and pay month to month — that way, you won’t face penalties or complications if you need to leave early.
