Terra Umbra Hotel

V disappointing - staff is rude unless you’re Italian. Pictures are super misleading. I went to the pool that you have access to as a guest and I was asked not to sit on the only two free sunbeds because they were reserved. The sunbeds stayed empty for another two hours after that. Awful service. Incredibly overpriced. Don’t go.

Worst of all was the nasty smell in every room we had. The smell was like a mix of diesel oil and strong cleaning solution. Opening the window did help, but the smell came back quickly if the window was closed. The AC vents in the rooms were very dirty. The "door brake" was not working and our hotel room door slammed shut sounding like a bomb. The lift was out of order. The hotel location is interesting, it is located in industrial zone. Breakfast was light. We came relatively early but the boiled eggs were already missing and they did not have more. The sugary pastries were good.

Hotel smells horrible and pictures are misleading. Rooms are super small. Do not recommend.
