Terrace Pantheon Relais

Just returned from our third stay in a row at Terrace Pantheon Relais, and we continue to be completely in love with this hotel. The suite rooms are stylish, spacious, have great air conditioning, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Breakfast each morning is generous and absolutely delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. After a long day of sightseeing, the rooftop bar is the perfect spot to unwind with a drink and some nibbles. And you truly can’t beat the location. But what really keeps bringing us back year after year is the staff. Dave greets you each morning with the most contagious smile and is always ready to help. The housekeeping team and the young staff working the breakfast room are equally kind, warm, and attentive—you’re always met with genuine smiles and wonderful service. The front desk team is just as impressive. The young women who check you in and out are so kind and cheerful—we tried to tip one of them on our last day and she wouldn’t take it, simply saying, “I’m just doing my job.” And then there’s Marco. We had a box of clothes we wanted to ship home, and he went above and beyond to help. Even after we had moved on to another city, he continued to call the courier service every day, kept in touch via email, and made sure the package got to us safely about a week after we had left Rome and had arrived home. Whoever owns this hotel should feel incredibly proud of their staff—and I hope they treat them with the same care and respect the staff shows to every guest. Can’t wait to be back next year!

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and we loved it. The hotel itself is very clean and modern. Location was safe and perfect for walking to famous landmarks (about 2 minutes from the Pantheon) and restaurants. The staff were very kind and accommodating, quickly providing us with any requests we had. We ended up extending our stay and even though our room was not available they helped us transfer to another room. It was very easy and stress free! I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a nice area, close to Piazza Navona and Pantheon, and walking distance to most parts of the city. We had a nice large room , 403, with a good bathroom. The staff was always helpful and we even had an early check in when we arrived.
