Stunning resort! Would highly recommend. One of the best hotels I have stayed in while travelling vietnam
Small room for 2 adults and one child 13, arrived and found we had 3 single beds all mattresses hard. Tv not working called reception told not connected to Ariel’s only satellite. Breakfast was average.
We’re a bit disappointed with our stay at Terracotta. The pool and beach location is beautiful, as well as the gardens. But, on two of our three nights there were loud team building events that took over both the pool and beach. No compensation, just a ‘sorry for the inconvenience’. I saw another review saying they had the same problem but I assumed that was a one off.. seems they care more about the extra revenue from these events then their guests. Our room was close to the pool so we could hear all the announcements from the events. We deliberately stayed here too relaxed by the pool so it was disappointing to have that taken away. Bed is uncomfortable and house keeping woke us up at 8am. Tried to put the do not disturb sign on the door but it has nowhere to hang. Food is okay, bread is stale. Booking says there is a full spa available, including manicure and pedicure services but when I asked I was told only massage, again no compensation just sorry. I messaged the hotel on booking.com before arriving and they never responded. Staff are not friendly. Considering the money we paid.. pretty disappointing stay.
