We had an amazing stay. The location is perfect. Close to many beaches. They staff was incredible. Barbara the concierge helped us book some really special excursions. 5 min walk to the downtown restaurants Would recommend if staying ins San Teodoro

Good parking. Short-ish walk to the main town centre, bars, restaurants and the evening market. Decent options for breakfast, cured meats, scrambled eggs, cereals, fruits, etc. A good range of lunch options, too. Bar service was very good although it did close at 23:00. You need to be in town for drinks any later.

Value for your hard earned cash - well below average. Our experience for a family of 4 was not great. Pull out sofa bed extremely uncomfortable. Better off sleeping on the floor. Our stay was for 6 days in total in an apartment. Not once was our room serviced. No fresh towels. The room on arrival was dirty. Floors were not clean and bed linen stains. The room was very mouldy and enclosed shower not bigger than 1 square metre. The most annoying part of our stay was we as customers had to dispose our own rubbish. Not sure what we paid for. This was questioned on check out and some lame response was given. I requested the managers name and he refused to disclose his name which was even more aggravating. Overall the staff are very nice, but management and internal processes and protocols requires a revamp to ensure the comfort of guests.
