Hotel no tradional bairro Providencia a poucos passos da estação Leones do Metrô. Passou por uma redecoracao completa mantendo contudo os quartos e wc amplos tipos dos anos 80. Café da manhã completo de bom nível. Uma observação é a exigência de um depósito de 50 dólares debitado de forma efstivano cartão de crédito no check in como garantia sobre danos no quarto, "nao mencionado nas condições expostas no booking com e no hotel.com, que foi prontamente devolvido na ocasião do check out. Staff educado e atencioso.

I had a very bad experience on the day of my reservation. When I arrived at the hotel an hour before check-in, the front desk staff was rude and unsympathetic. They told me I had to wait until the exact check-in time. However, upon returning at the appropriate time, they informed me that my reservation was not listed in their system and that they supposedly didn't work with Despegar, even though I showed them the payment receipt for my stay. I contacted Despegar and they assured me they were working on a solution. I waited at the hotel from 2:00 p.m. until almost 4:00 p.m., but with no response and no solution from the hotel, I decided to leave. After more than a month of complaints, Despegar responded with a resolution stating that the hotel had been waiting for my arrival, which is completely false. I was present at the property for almost two hours without receiving any attention or solution. To this day, I have not received a refund. I feel like I was a victim of a scam. The hotel not only failed to fulfill its commitment, but also denied a valid reservation. I've attached the evidence to support all of this.
