Amazing place, trendy and modern. Definitely the best in Zamora, offers great buffet, the restaurant is on the top floor with a stunning view to the city and mountains. Great conference rooms for large groups, very well equipped, great business atmosphere.. highly recommend
Hotel is in a great spot right in the heart of the city, hotel in general is good, kept clean, the view from the restaurant located in the top floor alone is worth it. The only down fall is reception staff has not been accommodating with requests such as extra keys and other little details. Still would recommend it!!
Ok so we came here to have a one night stay and we get here it looks great but their is always a little twist we come back from a walk and we come back and find 3 cockroaches we also see a little hole in the wall with bugs crawling out of it i the room. Later we call the lady and she tells us we can down grade to a smaller room and we tell her we want to see the room and then we walk in and we see another two cockaroaches. The hotel is pretty I will give it that but the workers didn’t take any initiative but the workers are very kind I understand how it could be embarrassing.
