Care of room 7 -BAD-. - There is no wifi here. - Neglected aesthetic details. - Humidity on walls. - They do not provide shampoo or soap. - There is no price relationship (55,000 thousand Chilean pesos PER NIGHT with the room received, it is not the same as the photos). Positive point: - Excellent view and sound of the sea.
A shame for the chilean tourism industry. These people are not profesionals, I reserved for the new year event and they didn't have enough tables, food, nor staff, so what could be a nice dinner turned out into an absolute disaster. The manager Antonio Carrasco didn't even dare to present himself and account for their mediocre and atrocious services. If you paid for the new year event, I'll recommend you demmand a reinbursement and file a claim at SERNAC. They also attempted against the public health by not following the Chilean Ministry of Health processes, ommitting the request for the health passport at entrance. If you value your time, money and health, go some where else.
I leave the photos of room 7. Because they are nothing like the ones published. The room had a bad smell, it was very neglected, the hot water in the shower came out rather cold. Very disappointing. The only good thing is the sea view
