Second time coming here and it was better but the service is terrible. Gave us our room 1 hour and a half late. The cleaning lady kept fighting with us and refused to give us towels. She refused to leave without the dirty towels but my sister was showering so we asked if we can give them later. She did not move from the door and was partly in the room. It was crazy. We don't know their system but we offered to call the front to tell them that we were still using the towels but she kept screaming. They also didn't compensate us for the hour and a half. The beach is wonderful though. Food was mid though. We came to have vacation not to file complaints and sign papers.
Greetings. I hope this makes you really think when staying in a hotel that claims to be all-inclusive. I have traveled to many countries and spent many nights in high-end hotels to very modest places. I had a terrible experience here as i spent my vacation here at this hotel. First, when the staff was providing the food, they were very sweaty and would touch the food with bare hands and wouldn't wash or wear some gloves when touching the food to serve it to the gest. Second, areas that were supposed to be part of the all inclusive were taken by a private seller who sold sea food and claimed that you would have to spend 1000 pesos to be able to sit near the shore. Unbelievable!! Not a place to stay after spending almost 1500 dollars for 3 nights. Seriously, take this in consideration when staying at this hotel. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. More clean practices should be implemented to avoid people from getting sick due to a pathogen being transferred on to gest food. The so all inclusive should apply to all places where gest what to stay and sit.
Terrible! Super noisy. The show is very late, noisy and affects all rooms. They don’t have consideration for the guests, the show starts around 21:45 and finishes very late, the music travels through the hotel and people cannot sleep. This place does not understand quality.
