Really good location. Very Clean hotel. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The free breakfast was very nice with lots of fresh fruit, pastries, pancakes, eggs, etc. the breakfast restaurant was so clean and well stocked at all times. This may sound silly, but the shades in the room created pure blackout, allowing us to sleep and catch up on jet lag. And it was very affordable!

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Regina in Madrid. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and felt like the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. The location is amazing, just steps away from everything, yet the atmosphere inside remains peaceful and welcoming. The staff were warm and professional, always helpful without being intrusive. I was also impressed by how clean and complete the gym was, which I really appreciated during my trip. The bar and restaurant area is ideal for enjoying a quiet drink while waiting for someone or simply unwinding before bed. There’s something about the balance this hotel strikes between comfort, style, and good energy that makes you want to come back. I truly enjoyed every part of my experience.

Staff is super professional, and very helpful. The hotel is super well maintained. Clean, spotless. And that is coming from a very picky traveler. The rooms are nice, air conditioning works great, bathrooms are great. Can't recommend it enough. And the location, wow. If front of the Four seasons Hotel, and so many restaurants and shops all at a walking distance. Don't hesitate. I am pretty sure this is a 5 star hotel. But they couldn't get the 5 star because there is no pool or gym. 100% worth it.
