Tetra Retreat

We booked directly through the hotel’s website and also got informed about the unfortunate situation. The Hotel was supposed to open June 1st this year but it is simply not ready yet. Our cancellation came in one month before our scheduled check-in . No charges / full refund👍🏻. We just visited the outside of the current construction site. Looks very promising but for sure not ready for check-in yet. June was too optimistic. All the best and hopefully a successful opening soon.

I booked Tetra Resort & Spa through Hotels.com for my stay. My reservation was canceled at the last minute without any reason given, and neither the hotel nor Hotels.com offered any compensation. I need to book another hotel at a significantly higher price for a similar standard. My original booking was non-refundable—if I had canceled, I would have lost the entire amount—yet the hotel canceled my booking at no cost!!! Be careful when booking this property; it proved to be completely untrustworthy.

If i could give 0, i would. This is a scam, please listen to all the other reviews below. My booking has been cancelled with under a month before travel, originally booked via travel zoo. They are only offering hotels that are WAY lower standard and being very difficult in regards to refunding the money. Will take up with my card refunder as this is 100% a scam!!
