TG Hotel Apartments Budapest

We had a wonderful stay in Budapest with our family. The apartment was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The location was excellent—we were able to explore the city easily without using public transport. I would also like to thank the staff at the reception desk—they were extremely kind and helpful. As a family with two children, we were very satisfied. If we come back to Budapest, we would definitely choose this place again.

The location is simple the best you can get in Budapest. The apartment is overall very comfortable and convenient - it was a great surprise. A few details that could be better. Inside the bathroom showers it would be convenient to have shelves, because especially for older people it's hard to bend down to pick up your toiletries on the floor during shower. In the additional bathroom, it would be much easier if there was a part closed with glass and a higher support for the shower - this would make the bathroom a second full bathroom in the case of use for 2+ people in the apartment. The Automation switches lights are very bright and disturb at night. It is very important to add internal manual/mechanical lock to the main apartment door for more sense of security, and also security locks just like any other hotel door. The building has no security or concierge, so it would be an added security feature for guests, especially women to feel safer. Cleaning the marbles in the bathrooms has to be improved. There were stains of product run down all over the walls which gave a bad feeling, despite knowing they were clean. The marble must be glowing!

We just stayed here for 3 nights . Lovely apartment very well equipped lovely modern decor . Check in very easy was kept very well informed staff very good and help full Fantastic location . Only issue was the bed we stayed in 104 and the bed was so hard we where unable to sleep well and woke up every day stiff and sore due to the fact , the bed was of decent quality and had had good make mattress and topper but it was solid like sleeping on bricks I would very much stay again for all the positives but the bed issue and no sleep would not make me come back such a shame as it’s an easy fix .
