This is a lovely hotel in Corvara, perfect for a ski week in one of Italy’s top ski resorts. The hotel facilities are excellent, with a spacious dining area, a big indoor and partly outdoor pool, a modern spa and sauna area, and lovely rooms. The temperature does get very warm at night, and the air is dry from the central heating, so you might consider bringing an air humidifier with you. The restaurant is excellent, and we always tried out the many different menu and buffet options. We’ve probably put on 2-3kgs in one week, it’s that good! We were very well waited upon by Sara, who was friendly, attentive and lovely. The shuttle service to the slopes is fast and efficient, and there is an excellent ski hire (Kostner Sport) and ski storage room in the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would recommend it.

Fantastic! We stayed a week on half board and everything was great. The hotel is practically below the Sasshongher and offers the swimming pool and sauna. The terrace room with a panoramic view was spotless and spacious. But the strong point was breakfast and dinner: everything in abundance (endless appetizers, three first courses, three seconds, fruit and desserts all buffet style without limits) but above all of very good quality. Excellent!

Very very disappointed the service did not match the price paid and the stars of the hotel. On a eurotrip and out of 14 hotels this one was by far the worst, and some hotels were far far cheaper than the stay in Greif hotel. 1. Very rude waiter on breakfast, moving me from a table claiming it is reserved without explaining how anything worked. 2. Went in for dinner and gave our room number and we were seated. Only after having food served and with food in mouth were we informed that its a whopping 45 euro per person. Nowhere was this stated to us and the same rude waiter from breakfast kept repeating that we have booked a BNB, I don't think hotels work differently in Italy but we booked a hotel and not a BNB, as we had access to the other facilities. 3. Brings me to the facilities, only allowed by booking a one and half hour time slot from 3-7 30. To use the pool a cap must be worn that has to be purchased worth 3 euros. A literal tax to use the pool...disgraceful 4. After explaining the situation to the receptionist rather than apologising for not performing their job and informing foreign guests properly she qas extremely rude and tried to bargain by giving us a discount for the food. Honestly I wouldn't have been too mad about paying if the food quality wasn't worse than the food I serve to my dog.If i were Italian I would be disgraced to have countries food represented so badly. 5. Room ventilation in bathroom works so poorly that it stays a sauna for at least 8 hours with the fan on. 6. WiFi is some of the worst ever, 1 bar for 5 minutes and 0 bars for next 15... having to use 5G that works perfectly fine
