The hotel surroundings are very nice and the breakfast is very good. The pool is nice and big (although there is very little shallow area, almost all of it is over 2m deep). The staff does not speak English and it is difficult to communicate. The rooms are two categories below 4 stars and were very superficially cleaned upon check-in. The air conditioning in the room also did not work. The lifeguard around the pool is very strict and does not allow any entertainment (if you plan to play with children). Also if you plan to sleep early, the hotel animators and music are very noisy every evening until late at night (well after 11pm) and the window has to be closed (which is a problem because the air conditioning does not work). It is not possible to plug in a laptop charger inside the room or inside the hotel and you need to find an adapter, which is problematic because no one speaks English. Also, do not pay for parking at the hotel (10eur per day) because there is a public parking lot across the street that has plenty of free space in the afternoon. PS you will have to wear an irritating festival-like yellow bracelet the whole time, which you will most likely scratch a loved one with.

The room was very small for four people, all the furniture was old and cheap, and many things were broken in the room and the building and the internet connection was poor. The pool was also outdated. On the positive side – the hotel staff and service were good, the hotel’s location was great, and the entertainment team was excellent.

We stayed for 5 days here with the full package and we had an okay experience, there are pros and cons. pros: location, the buffet quality (taste & variety) was great. cons: room without balcony is a nightmare when you have to clean clothes or hang wet stuff, the handling of the buffet is so poor, there were 2 coffee machines in the morning but only one working so there was always a long line for coffee, they didn't refill cakes and donuts one morning at 8.00 (there is a whole 1h service of breakfast left), I think when it was built it would have been lovely place - but it's so poorly maintained and things started to fall apart and the room cleaning is MINIMUM.
