Superior class hotel with a very beautiful and tranquil atmosphere, suitable for families. The buffet is excellent, with plenty of vegetables, fruits, and many typical dishes, impeccably prepared by the hotel's chefs. The staff is truly competent and kind. Everyone at the hotel is always available. Indoor pool, gym, sauna, and the possibility of massages, manicures, and pedicures, all in an atmosphere of lightness and tranquility. You can reach the hotel directly on skis, and there is a large space with lockers for skis. Ski boots can be placed inside the locker with special shelves from which air flows to dry them. Highly recommended hotel.

Tricky hotel to review. The staff are awesome, the location is fantastic and the hotel facade is beautiful. It’s situated on a golf course which guests can use and faces the dolomites for spectacular views. It just falls short in some areas that lowers its appeal: The spa is there but the it’s not great. The saunas are not hot, the power jets are weak as cat pi*s. Our toilet took 30+ mins to recharge after a flush due to the hotel location in the mountains. The food, particularly at dinner, was very disappointing. Not a bad hotel to stay in if you have no other choice but if you’re looking for top shelf staying; this ain’t the place I’m afraid.

The localisation is great, but drive distance to the city. The service is terrible- not nice, not helpful. They don’t respect guests. They do ‘t like us. Spa centrum has the most awful service I have ever met. Only in bar I can admit service is nice. Never never again!! Choose nicer place - there are many around.
