Clean, safe, windy, food is not the best but it is acceptable for an all inclusive, nice staff….the main impression is that the location is safe as there is no public passage from the main road and guards are 24hours

The staff is simply super kind and attentive, a true strength of the resort. From reception to dining room service, you can feel their passion and professionalism. The entertainment was amazing, engaging everyone, from children to adults, with a varied yet never intrusive program. Our children had a blast, and we adults enjoyed the evenings and activities offered. Special praise also goes to the bar and beach service: efficient, cheerful, and always ready to satisfy every request. The quality of the food is excellent, with a wide variety of dishes to please all tastes, even the most demanding. You can taste the freshness of the ingredients and the care taken in their preparation. In short, the TH Ortano Riva Marina is the ideal place for a perfect vacation. Very beautiful and well-maintained facilities. The pool and sea are great for families. Very friendly and attentive staff and excellent pizza! The rooms were perfectly adequate for our needs. Everything we needed was there.
