The rooms are comfortable and tidy. The surroundings of the hotel are beautiful! Towels are changed daily. The pools are clean. The staff in the restaurant constantly monitors to make sure there is no shortage of food. The food is excellent, varied and it is impossible to leave the restaurant hungry. It is an extremely hardworking and always smiling team. If you have a child with developmental disabilities who has problems with eating, the chef of the restaurant is always ready to help and prepare a special meal for the child. Many thanks for that! Animators for adults and children do an excellent job. They offer daily exercise, prize games, music and dancing and entertainment for children. The security staff at the pool and beach constantly monitor the situation and give a real sense of security. The staff in the cafes are constantly busy, but they work with patience and a smile. Wi-fi has an excellent signal throughout the hotel complex. This hotel provides a real rest for soul and body!

Great experience overall. Very good quality and selection of food. Personnel was top notch on all segments, from restaurant to reception and entertainer team. Sea was even better than expected - for a couple of days you would have thought to be in Sardinia! The common spaces were greatly designed and swimming pools were rather large and perfectly cleaned. Rooms were also good, although they fell a bit short relative to the rest. But this wouldn't justify a 4 star review.

If you want to be driven crazy by inconsistent loud music, which goes on and off and then super loud throughout the evening, this is the place for you. I'm not sure if people are deaf there, but they soon will be. Not ideal for a relaxing holiday. You can't get away from it when you go to the beach either, unless you go really early. Ear plugs are a must.
