During winter time you will meet hoards of people getting drunk and partying at the 'club' in the hotel. The club is situated right below of the 400s rooms and as long as the music plays, you're not going to be able to sleep. Food was very average and way below expectations for Italian skiing resort. Rooms are very small, you can barely open your luggage and move around the room. All staff was absolutely amazing and the receptionists did whatever they could to make the stay better.
The worst food that I ever had in italy , this is more 2 star hotel that 4 star, terrible swimming pool With crazy polices, 35 euro to use sauna !!! Ski room without facility to dry ski boots, nice staff but that’s not what you pay form4 star hotel
I don´t mind old hotels, I don´t mind presenting places with 4 STARS athough it´s far away from being 4 star hotel, but what I honestly dislike is attitude of staff at this hotel - it was so bad as the powder eggs at the breakfast!!! (Nice stuff at the hotel bar, that i have to mention, friendly and keen) but rest of the hotel staff is just simply annoying. Only worth is the location of the hotel, rest is just bad...
