Hello, could you please provide the contact details for Guest Relations?

Great place for vacation, nice rooms, hotel excellent for a family rest, however placed in the center of nothing. No bicycles for rent in place, no attractions near hotel, BUT great animators (if You know italian) and base for sports such like a tennis or archery. The beach is not sandy but only pebbly.

Honestly, I wouldn’t come back or recommend it. Choose somewhere else if you’re looking for a warm, family-friendly stay. Stayed here with my 4-year-old, and sadly, the experience was disappointing. There’s no elevator, so I had to drag two 20kg suitcases upstairs by myself—no staff offered to help. The air conditioning was very loud. what made the stay frustrating more was how unfriendly the hotel is to non-Italian-speaking guests. All day and evening activities were in Italian only, with no effort to include or translate. There were no meaningful activities for kids who don’t speak the language. To top it all off, my child’s scooter was stolen from the corridor on our last night, and no one at the hotel even tried to help. The only good thing was the food-it was very tasty.
