It was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff went out of their way to make our stay special, offering thoughtful touches that made my son’s birthday even more memorable. Our room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing day. The hotel’s amenities were excellent, and the atmosphere throughout the property was welcoming and family-friendly. The service stood out most of all. Every team member we encountered was professional, attentive, and genuinely kind, making us feel valued as guests. It’s clear that guest experience is a top priority here. I would highly recommend this hotel to families or anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion. We’re already looking forward to our next visit.

Free upgrade to a one bedroom was great. The team including the valet parking guys are very helpful and kind. A la carte dinner is recommended. Points of improvement: - change the music genre and volume to a more relaxed chill background tune. This will give a more premium feeling like royal atlantis and be able to have a relaxed conversation near the pool. - difficult to have a variation of breakfast for one week. It’s more focussed on short stays I guess. But they are flexible to prepare some tailor made meals.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely outstanding! 🌟 The views were breathtaking, the pool was lovely and relaxing, and the entire experience was simply unforgettable. Housekeeping did an excellent job—everything was always clean and tidy. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Ahmed, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I also want to give a special mention to Miss Thoon at the kids’ area—she was so kind, cooperative, and clearly loves working with children. She made the kids feel happy, safe, and entertained throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience for the whole family! 👌
