The staff was great, and the place is dreamy! The only downside is the food, in my opinion. But my stay was awesome, nonetheless ♥️
During our stay there was no WiFi available for international travelers who don’t have roaming data plans and rely on WiFi this could be an issue should someone need to reach you in an emergency.
We had to change rooms 2 times for problems with plumbing. The closet of our room smelled humidity way too strong that we didn't open it once more. On the other hand, the hotel location is perfect. Staff is friendly. Animation team is the best. Food is good. The overall experience is enjoyable with better rooms would be better.
