Thalassa I Pet Friendly I 2 Mins Walk to Beach

Just wow. Stayed here and honestly didn’t want to leave. It’s got that perfect mix of raw luxury + rustic beach vibes. So aesthetic, so full of greens, and everything feels beautifully untouched yet thoughtfully done. The sea-view restaurant? STUNNING. We literally sat there for hours — great food, even better cocktails, and that breeze with the view… unmatched. What I loved most — it’s super kid-friendly AND pet-friendly, which made everything feel easy and stress-free. Rooms are earthy and cozy, staff is warm (not overly in your face), and the whole place just has this peaceful energy. If you’re looking for a place in Goa that’s not your usual commercial vibe, this is it. Will 100% come back.

Disappointing Stay – Not Family-Friendly. Please Stay Away if you are coming with kids. We recently stayed at Thalassa Beach Resort in Goa, and unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected. As a family traveling with young children, we were especially disappointed by two major issues: 1. Poor Food Options for Children: The food served at the resort was not at all suitable for kids. There were barely any child-friendly dishes, and the limited options they had were plain dalia. We ended up having to eat outside the resort most days, which was inconvenient and frustrating given the premium we paid to stay on-site. 2. Rude and Unprofessional Housekeeping Staff: The behavior of the housekeeping staff was extremely disappointing. On one occasion, a staff member was downright rude when he saw a dead palm tree branch inside room due to our child's stubbornness. He was behaving like a landlord. Hospitality should be a priority, especially in a place that markets itself as a beach resort—but that was sorely missing here. For the price and reputation, we expected much better. I would not recommend this resort to families traveling with kids. There are far more welcoming and family-friendly options in Goa that offer better service and hospitality.

Total scam place. Beware before staying here..We stayed here with family and kids and at the time of checkout they claimed that their jacuzzi had scratches and we made it.We had two small kids 3 year old who could barely stand in full water , leave about making scratches. Those scratches were present since day 1 , when we entered but we didnt bother about it .This is their way of milking money when people are leaving and have executed flights and have no time to argue. If someone has already booked this place, please make videos of room , tables ,mirrors , walls and jacuzzi , otherwise they will falsely blame you at checkout and force you to pay extra charges. This is how they extract money to maintain the property. Horrible experience ..
