The hotel has been built years ago, but maintained well and everything was really good and we felt comfortable in its big room, pools and restaurant. The point about the hotel is they work generously and do their best for the guests. Special thanks to Feten, Aziz, Fakher, Jihed and others for making us a memorable stay. The rooms, pools and other areas were cleaned everyday.
Please don’t ruin your holiday and go here The service is terrible. They don’t give you water at the hotel, you can’t even beg them to bring you towels, and there’s no one you can talk to if you have a problem. They literally laugh in your face. I will say the security on the beach and the kitchen staff were truly lovely and somewhat saved the overall impression.
We arrived at the hotel, and first of all, we were given rooms in the basement, which were absolutely filthy — full of cockroaches, with a broken table, moldy pillows, and a terrible stench like something dead. The receptionist is threatening us and not addressing the problem at all. We have been sitting here at the reception for hours.
