Location is 2 min from the beach, great service and relaxing time in the spa. Bathroom in the room was a bit dated (some repairs needed on the shower head) but aside from that all good.
Had a duplex room. The room was a little cramped for a 4 beds, don't plan on spending a lot of time inside. Fortunately you have the complimentary pool access with both hot and cold pools, water massage structures and bubble baths. Rooms were clean and in good condition. The bathroom was however tiny, and with a very low ceiling. Tall people should be aware of this. Not a deal breaker but not the most enjoyable either. Views from the room was nice but not great either.
We stayed for around 12 days at one of the residence, this was ok, however 2 things REALLY annoyed us. First: even though we ask (and pay extra fees) for a cleaning service, we still have to do some stuff like removing the bed sheets (I can understand that I have to clean the dishes but stuff like removing the bed sheets really ?! We pay 50 extra euro for that! ) Second: We have an EV, we used the charging station of the hotel, a charging station should be a nice service for your customers not a rip off. Each charges (not even full) cost us 70 euro when it is usually less than 30 euros (even close to 20) because apparently we pay for the time spent on the spot, not for the electricity, thing is the charging station is slow and if I need my car charged of course I will leave it overnight (for it to not even be full). Those little extra cost are really making us realize that we would never go back there.
