Great spot for lunch with colleagues! The space is cool and comfortable, everything smells fresh and inviting. Professional service and a wide variety of food options to choose from. Definitely a place worth coming back to!
Excellent hotel in the heart of Hanoi. Very close to Old quarters and major tourist attractions. Very professional and polite staff. Rooms are clean, spacious and well appointed with all facilities. The only disappointing part was breakfast which doesn't cater much for the vegetarians. Overall a good luxury hotel providing best value for money.
I recently stayed at Hotel Thang Long Opera in Hanoi. Overall, it's a nice hotel with a great location, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms are decent and comfortable, offering a good stay experience. However, there are a couple of areas that need improvement. The buffet spread could be better, especially in terms of variety and taste. A major drawback is their inflexible policy on early check-in and late check-out. Even when rooms are clearly vacant, they do not accommodate guests without charging an exorbitant fee, which feels unreasonable and unfriendly. With a bit more guest-friendly service and some upgrades to their dining, this hotel could be a top choice in Hanoi.
