The hairdryer is not working, the room door lock doesn’t lock properly, I asked the receptionist 4 times about the missing soap and shampoo and she replied that the person in charge is not responding. Midnight the first night and still not one drip of soap in the hotel room. Only 3 hangers were supplied for 2 adults in the room. The hall way leading to the room is about 70 meters and is pitch dark!! Staff are unprofessional and when asked for a manager around 3:30 pm I was told by another receptionist that he left for the day. The food was very mediocre: 2 kinds of fish that were very dry, one kind was overwhelmingly salty and spiced to mask the freshness of the fish and it was tangy in my mouth. The hotel hallways and stairways were extremely filthy, cribs were laying in hallways. Trust me, I have never seen anything like this anywhere in the USA, Europe, turkey, Egypt, Cancun, Bahamas, and other countries I visited. We had an issue with the double bed and they gave us a key for another room and it was a disaster. Do yourself a favor and don’t even think about booking in this hotel even for $20 a day. No exaggeration here
Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel! I stayed here recently, and it was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room was dirty when I arrived, with stains on the sheets and a horrible smell coming from the bathroom. The staff were rude and unhelpful every time I asked for assistance, and the front desk was often unattended. The air conditioning barely worked, making it impossible to sleep in the sweltering heat. The walls were paper-thin, so I could hear every conversation and noise from neighboring rooms all night long. Breakfast was stale and cold, definitely not worth the extra charge. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and book somewhere else – you’ll thank yourself later!
0/10 Worst hotel experience !! Room is dirty , air conditioning is bad and plates during dinner or breakfast or lunch are sooo dirty. I do not recommend !!
