We had the pleasure of staying at Thar Exotica Hotel & Resort, located near 10 Milestone, NH 11, Bikaner, and the experience exceeded all expectations. Tucked just outside the hustle of the city, this resort offers a perfect blend of traditional Rajasthani charm and modern luxury. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff was polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The check-in process was smooth, and we were welcomed with refreshing drinks a small gesture that instantly made us feel at home. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated in a style that reflects local culture. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the attention to detail in everything from the linens to the bathroom amenities. The food was another highlight the resort’s restaurant served authentic Rajasthani cuisine that was flavorful and fresh. We especially loved the evening cultural performances by the garden area, which added a magical touch to our stay. The peaceful surroundings, lush green lawns, and well-maintained pool area made it an ideal escape from the busy city life. Despite being so close to the highway, the resort is quiet and serene, with plenty of space to relax and unwind. Whether you're visiting Bikaner for sightseeing, a family function, or just passing through on NH 11, Thar Exotica is a must-visit. It's perfect for couples, families, and even destination events like weddings or corporate retreats.

Thar Exotica (Very Disappointing Experience) Thar Exotica seems to treat only regular customers well. I had visited their swimming pool a while ago with a friend who was a regular customer, and they fulfilled every request of his — they even gave us access to the family pool where we had a great time. But yesterday, when I took my own friends there, the experience was completely different. Despite the family pool being empty, they refused to allow us in and asked us to use another pool which was dirty and poorly maintained. On top of that, they didn’t provide a music system or even turn on the waterfall. The attitude of the staff was rude and unwelcoming. Very poor service and clear bias in treatment. Not recommended at all if you’re not one of their “regular” customers. ⭐ Rating: 1/5
