We held our wedding in this venue, the staff is very reliable and professional. The place is nice and well kept and we felt so comfortable in the cottages, with the fire to warm us in the evening. We recommend and wish to come again for another occasion.

I recently stayed at this hotel and would like to highlight both the positive aspects and areas for improvement during my visit. First and foremost, the staff were truly outstanding (Karanja thanks). They were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. Their professionalism and helpfulness were the highlights of my experience, and I truly appreciated their efforts. However, the food options were quite disappointing. The menu was extremely limited, with only five choices available for dinner, and even basic items like bread were unavailable during breakfast. This was particularly concerning, as I expected a wider variety of options, especially for something as simple as a Dawa with minimal ingredients was not available. The lack of availability and variety made dining a frustrating experience. For the hotel to improve and encourage guests to return, I would strongly recommend revisiting the food offerings. Ensuring that the menu is not only diverse but also consistently available is crucial. If certain items cannot be provided, the menu should be updated to reflect this, so guests are aware of their options before arriving. This would also help guests to carry their own food/snacks/beverages. In summary, while the staff made the stay enjoyable, the limited and inconsistent food options were a significant drawback. Addressing this issue would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.
