I just wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt thanks for the lovely hospitality and top-notch service during my stay. Every single team member I met, from our chats to shared smiles, was just wonderful! You all made me feel so at home and truly cared for right from the moment I stepped into the dining area. I really appreciate all the hard work you put in to make sure we have the best experience. It’s clear that no matter how busy things get, you always greet everyone with a smile! You truly smashed it! Your hard work is very appreciated. No doubt you work hard to ensure we get the best . No matter how many hours you do - you aways cary the smile on your face . You did brilliant . A special thank-you to Ruben , Lourdes , vale and Mikela , the reception person and the room cleanning service for going above and beyond. Your attention to detail and kindness truly made a difference to every customer you approached and interacted with . I look forward to staying here again and will gladly recommend your hotel to others.
Good location, near open parking lot (pricey at €30 overnight), and a short walk to waterfront through lanes and squares. Easy to find many local restaurants. We were lucky (thank you!) to be upgraded to a sixth floor room (653) with roof terrace including sun lounges. The lift goes to 5th floor then walk up one flight of steps. The room was clean and adequate; a fan in the bathroom and a better door on the shower would benefit the hotel. The bed was large and comfortable with two pillows each. We didn’t try the food, preferring to wander about and find our own. The reception staff were fine but not really friendly; eyes glued to the screen whenever you walked past.
We stayed at this hotel for one full week with a half-board package (breakfast and dinner included), and overall, it was a good experience. The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff — they were exceptionally welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The food was also enjoyable, with fresh and clean options available at every meal. The location is another plus, as it was conveniently situated and made it easy to get around. There were, however, a few downsides to our stay. The rooms were quite small and felt cramped. The TV in the room was outdated and didn’t support streaming services like Netflix or YouTube and no coffee machine. One other thing to be aware of: although dinner was included in the package, drinks were not — even water came at an extra charge, and they served tap water despite the fee.… this seemed greedy.
