The A. Venue Hotel

I was able to stay in your new wing this time. I find the deluxe room very spacious and I like how your rooms have kitchen's and ample space. However, I have experienced a few concerning things like how I was checked in late, only to find out that it was not only me who is unable to check in, there were five more guests and families waiting. It was very concerning and your front desk did not seem to be alarmed about it. The new wing hotel also did not have air-conditioning in the lobby. For a new wing it does not seem to feel like one. Your basement parking level 1 also has a strong scent of trash. Overall I feel that your nice hotel is deteriorating. Hope you can address these. I like the hotel but I feel I would not stay here intentionally. I booked this time because of the huge discount offered, but I feel that the price I paid (after discount) was just right.

The hotel facilities are well maintained, we availed the 2 room suite, it is spacious for a very affordable price. Everything is good for us except for the smell of the corridor and the room, it smells like old condominium. Maybe because the building is quite old as well and all most of the furniture are wood, but I hope you'll have air freshener all over the bldg. If so we'll rate your hotel as very good. I hope you do something with the smell it ruins the well maintained facilities.

Good location but timeshare units are extremely filthy and are not maintained. Cockroaches galore in the kitchen and under the sink. My unit's shower had close to zero water pressure (they provided a bucket with a tabo scoop). Toilet did not flush. AC works in the bedroom but the one in the living room does not. Reported it to management but they never attempted to resolve the situation. Front desk and security personnel are friendly and helpful.
