Big spacious rooms that has all the amenities. But most of the furniture needs upgrade or renewal like room 112, the mattress is out of shape now. The shower is too old and the flow of water is not great. There is no light above the area that has electric kettle. All small issues not a deal breaker but that is what you don’t expect in a 4 star hotel. Food is good and staff is courteous.
The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful with great guidance and the fir travel services are also very good. Staff of hotel are guided me in all possible manner and they provided me hustle free check in and check out there bell boys are also very prompt they were explained me about property. Rooms are also very comfortable and clean hygiene complete satisfaction.
We stayed in the Scott Suite at The Ananda imperial and quite disappointed with the experience. The room service was extremely poor and not at all punctual—every request took nearly an hour to be fulfilled, which was highly inconvenient. Despite booking a premium room, the hot water facility 💧was not working, making it difficult to manage basic needs.😡😡 We expected much better service from a hotel of this standard and hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve the overall guest experience.
