An excellent Motel with exceptional customer service. I accidentally left my toiletry bag behind and Angie was very professional and understanding and got on with the job of posting it back to me. She did it without any fuss and was very friendly. I'll def be staying there again next time.
5 Stars – Outstanding Service! I had a fantastic stay at the Aberdeen Motel in Dubbo. The room was spotless, and the overall cleanliness was impressive. The real standout, though, was the manager, Katie—her exceptional hospitality made all the difference. We had a funeral to attend at 11 am, and despite the standard 10 am checkout, Katie was incredibly accommodating and allowed us to stay longer. That level of kindness and flexibility is rare and truly appreciated. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Dubbo!
We stayed for one night on our way through NSW. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The pool was great for the kids to cool off and let off some energy after a long day in the car. Nice touches like a small bottle of milk and cold water when you first arrive as well a pool towels to use. Thank you for a great stay!
