The Abernathy of Clemson

What a wonderful hotel. The rooms are HUGE with a kitchen, nice dining table, living area w sofa and nice size bathroom. Parking is great, and the location even better to get around Clemson. The entire staff was so nice to us from booking til time time we left, especially Abigail. We brought our golden to the Abernathy and they are very pet friendly and everyone showered our fuzzy boy with attention and ample treats. Highly recommend especially for any sporting event as they are are right at the pulse of the athletic area.

Everything about this hotel is wonderful! The location is right across from athletics, walking distance to College Avenue, and close to student’s dorms! The amazing staff truly cares about your experience and wants you to have the best day possible! The staff made sure I was having a good stay, particularly Abbi and Barbara who organized my stay to surprise my daughter for a special event at the hotel. Not only did they organize the event, but they made sure everything was smooth and personalized. I am a tennis athlete parent and my room overlooked the tennis courts! Not sure if that was intentional by the staff, but it sure was comforting to look out my window and see those courts and hear the teams practicing! The staff truly cares! Even at breakfast, the gal running breakfast chatted with me and other parents making it feel like we were all one big family! The rooms were beautiful and exceeded my expectations! The Abernathy is truly, a Clemson gem! 💎

if you're looking for a location, then this is absolutely the place, however, that's about all I can say. rooms are big and clean however window units don't cover the entire room with AC. zero amenities offered including gym/workout facilities. rooms are clean. hotel is clean. location is great, other than that it's just meh
