The Acacia Hotel & Spa Goa

It's a perfect property for the ones on family get aways to Goa. Its location is excellent in terms of the Candolim beach, eateries, shopping etc. Their breakfast is amazing (something for everyone). The best part of the property is it's staff, they are courteous, helpful and great with kids. Not even once I came across anyone from the reception to the kitchen who made me think otherwise. So a big thankyou to each and everyone @ The Acacia Hotel & Spa, Candolim.

I recently stayed at Acacia Morjim, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, spacious and beautifully designed with all modern amenities. I could ask for overall I highly recommend this hotel to anyone, looking for a comfort, luxurious, and hasslefree stay. We will definitely return here.

My stay at Hotel Acacia was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, and it’s due to the fraudulent behavior of the staff and the front manager. Not only were they completely unhelpful and rude, but they also tried to overcharge and cheat me, making it clear that this hotel has no respect for its guests. The staff acted like scammers, and when I tried to sort out the issue, the manager refused to listen and defended their dishonest practices. Instead of resolving the matter professionally, they treated me with contempt and acted as if I was the one at fault. This is a hotel that prioritizes greed over customer service, and I strongly warn anyone thinking of staying here to think twice. You deserve a hotel that treats you with respect and operates with integrity — sadly, Hotel Acacia is NOT that place Avoid this hotel at all costs. It’s a disgrace to the hospitality .
