Great place and service for the price point they offer. Rooms are clean and comfy, they are cozy, perfect for two adults and a child, wouldn't recommend more than that. Breakfast was great every single day. Service during breakfast was also really good, i really do commend the wait staff. The pool and lounge area around the pool is also nice and well maintained. It is not a beach front resort but the beach is at a walkable distance. It's also located close to a lot of good restaurants. The guys at the reception were courteous and sahil helped getting bikes for us. We went in early Feb and overall, we really enjoyed our stay there, it was very comfortable and welcoming.
Had a wonderful experience at acacia morjim during our stay! The ambience was serene with a lovely view of the resort’s pool. The food was absolutely delicious – especially the jain food and the fresh juices. Staff was courteous and made sure we were comfortable throughout. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Definitely a great spot to relax and enjoy a good meal. Highly recommended!
Disappointing Stay with Poor Hygiene and Staff Support Rooms & Cleanliness: Our experience with the rooms was far from satisfactory. We had booked three rooms, and two of them had a strong damp, musty, and fungal odor. Even after changing rooms, the relief was only temporary. The cleanliness standards were below expectations, and this severely impacted the comfort of our stay. Staff & Service: The hotel staff appeared clueless and helpless when we requested basic essentials like towels and blankets. Not only were they unable to assist effectively, but they also blamed the owner and management for the lack of support. The frustration and lack of ownership were clearly visible. They finally gave us used soiled and damp towels to use which we gave back. Pests & Safety Concerns: One of the most alarming aspects of our stay was encountering a nearly 2-inch spider in the bathroom and a 4-inch centipede right outside our room door. This raised serious concerns about hygiene and guest safety. It was genuinely a scary and unsettling experience. Dining Experience: The only redeeming part of our stay was the food. Room service was prompt and the meals served were of good quality. Kudos to the kitchen and service staff for maintaining some standards here. ⸻ Overall: While the food and dining service were good, the poor room conditions, lack of cleanliness, untrained staff, and pest issues made this a highly uncomfortable and disappointing stay. Definitely not recommended unless significant improvements are made.
